Superb
The hotel has a perfect location. It’s easy to walk to Casa Mila and Casa Batllo , we also walked from Sagrada Familia after dinner back to the hotel. Bus and Metro are all around and with many choices. The spaces and beds in the room were comfortable. And we also have the access to go to SPA (with a small pool and Sauna), but SPA and GYM must be booked in advance (one 30 minutes session for a day) because there is a capacity limit. The roof pool is small, but it’s a normal situation in other Spanish city hotels. There are many sofas and chairs around the pool, so it’s quite comfortable to read or rest there, with a bar around. The most comfortable are should be the lobby. With the tall ceiling and the book shelf designed, it was so pleasant even just sitting and waiting there. There are many good choices around within walking distance. We didn't have the 22 EUR hotel breakfast. Across the street or around the corner were simply more local and simpler choices.
One thing I would like to mention is, the information about the rooms. As we checked in, staff at the front desk didn’t mention the TV. It turned out to be, all the important information about the room is on the TV! You have to turn on the TV and choose the Hotel information, then you’ll see how to operate all the buttons in the room, and also, the most important thing, the mini bar price list. There was no paper price list around the mini bar, but there IS a paper form price list for laundry. So that was quite confusing, not to mention we were told that we can feel free to enjoy all the drinks in the mini bar when checking-in. We only found out the fact that the price list of mini bar was in TV before check-out. However, I would say that Seventy Barcelona has a 5 stars hotel service and responses. We settled this problem in peace. I mentioned it again here in the review, because I found the problem only through other google reviewers before check-out (thanks a lot!). It would be very nice if the hotel can consider to put a paper form price list there. It is not reasonable to expect all the visitors to turn on the TV. :)

Exceeded all expectations and elevated our Barcelona experience
The hotel should be a 5 star rather than a 4 star! Beautiful, spacious and well equipped room. There were a lot of additional features that we would normally not get in another 4 star hotel like electric blackout blinds, automatic bidet or accessories such as slippers, hair straighteners, nice toiletry bag etc - little touches that make the overall stay even more comfortable! Also the staff was AMAZING, friendly and helpful. We arrived to the hotel after 9am (check in from 3pm) and we were allowed to leave our luggage securely so we could go out and start exploring the city! We will definitely come back.
